I booked this hotel just for 2 nights on internet but at least I decided to spend there 3 nights more because the structure was more than I expected,very clean room,fantastic staff,marvellous breakfast a I can also saw my team soccer on television for champion league.great and excellent position.don't believe to all rewiews my experience was great. more

Fourth trip in Rome and not just the cheapest hotel i stayed in but the best by a mile. Friendly,confortable,nice with good breakfast and all the rest. I (26 years) stayed with my mother (61) in Residenza Ki for four nights 23-27.12 and it was horrible!!!! The whole "hotel" is rotten, everywhere is black mould growing from the walls, they have a huge humidityproblem. And the solution is to paint the black mould spots with chaulkpaint! As a doctor I can tell you, it doesn't help anything!... more

The location of the hotel is convenient (5 mins walk to fontana di trevi) The staff is so nice, when we arrive at the hotel in the late evening, they greet us with warm smile and showing us in details for the main sightseeing points and recommend us some of the itineraries with a city map, they also help us... more

I stayed here for a week from late Nov to early Dec 09. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast lady is very nice also.
