Stayed as part of a small group. Breakfast was buffet with lots of variety. Service was friendly and responsive. They even had a sack breakfast for our very early departure.. Room was nice. Transportation to city sites and tours was a part of our group but would have been a problem if on our own without transportation. Internet available if you... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, it's seriously far out of central Rome. They believe they have great customer service. They don't. Firstly, some good, there is a spectacular view from the back of the hotel. The breakfast is really quite good and the staff there are excellent. The front desk staff are poor, making assumptions about what the guests want,... More

The rooms are beautiful. They have two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath top. I went here for a conference with 2,000 people, if going as a tourist it would not have been fun with all of us there, I would check for any huge groups before booking. The hotel is a 30 Euro taxi... Two main problems 1.The buffet lunch costing 35 euro was abysmal. There was a selection of a few bowls of tepid pasta, some limp salads and a few sweet tarts to choose from. Very disappointing for the price. 2. The room was noisy. This was due to a combination of the double glazed windows not closing properly, a large air... More

We stayed at this hotel because there weren't many Marriott options and since we arrived late into Rome (8pm) we didn't worry about getting into the city that evening. The hotel has a shuttle from the airport but it does cost money. Turn right out of baggage claim and keep walking...just keep asking for the Marriott shuttle and everyone will... More

If it would not be for the location I would have given the hotel 5 stars. Great hotel, up to date and very comfortable rooms - similar to rooms you would be getting at a JW Marriott. The staff was friendly from bell staff to front desk and concierge. We did not dine nor have room service therefore I really... More

We stayed at the Rome Marriott Park Hotel for one night before leaving Italy. It's located in a semi-industrial area and is not very close to Rome. Upon arrival, there were several people checking in and checking out. There was only two desk agents working and the lines were moving incredibly slow. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes,... I stayed at this hotel for three nights for a conference and although the rooms were nice there were several areas that I found disappointing. First, a diet coke at the bar was 5 euros which is unbelievably expensive. Bottled water was not available in the room nor was it available for purchase in the gift shop. Ironing boards were... More
