Delightful, well-run, reasonably priced, a perfect location near center-city, the university, and much else. And the hospitality can't be beat. Giovanni and his family make a great deal of effort to make this place pleasant and to accomodate your needs. I would recommend it most highly.

Great location, amazing room and Giovanni was a terrific host. The breakfast complete with fresh squeezed blood orange juice and espresso was beyond expectation. Usually prefer apartments to hotels and bed/breakfasts, but I would stay here for any and every future visit to Bologna.

This B&B is just 15min walking distance form the major attractions in Bologna. Nicely decorated (modern) and always impeccably clean, I truly recommend this place if you are planning a short trip to Bologna. We travelled with our 1 year old, and we had everything we needed.
