The location of this hotel is excellent. Within walking distance from the Modena train station, supermarket, grocery store, electric store etc. Interesting places withing walking distance from hotel include public park, library, theatre, eating places etc. Room facing the side building was poor, with no view and noisy during the day due to construction work in the adjacent building.
