I booked this place after reading the commentary ...it was far from the center and quite, what i need, but no charme, no decor...is just a building done by self all arond in the ground stuff used to built a pound like pool, in few words a desastrer! Horrible experience...

We are a newly opened B & B a few miles from the center of Genoa.The house has a large garden, swimming pool and two double rooms:- "Gold Room": large bedroom with the possibility of a second double bed and a bathroom for exclusive use;- "Coral Room": double with shared bathroom with the owner (who does not use in the presence of guests). The B & B is suitable for both families and pairs of lovers.Breakfast includes milk, chocolate, coffee, fruit juices, biscuits, pastries and honey. Free parking available in front of the house. Siamo un B&B di nuova apertura a pochi km dal centro di Genova. La casa dispone di un grande giardino, una piscina e due stanze matrimoniali:- "Gold Room" : grande matrimoniale con possibilita' di un secondo letto matrimoniale, e un bagno ad uso esclusivo;- "Coral Room" : matrimoniale con bagno in condivisione con il proprietario (che non utilizza in presenza di ospiti).Il B&B e' adatto sia a famiglie numerose sia a coppie di amanti.La colazione include latte, cioccolata, caffe', succhi di frutta, biscotti, brioches e miele.
