The hotel does provide a free shuttle, however if you arrive in the afternoon, you have to get a taxi, which is odd, as check-in is in the afternoon. This is a brilliant hotel and a very sensible stop off as it is so close to the junctions of the motorway. But it is a 10 minute bus ride into the town centre.
