Our room was dreary, to say the least. It smelled terrible, but the AC worked well. We got them to agree to give us free WiFi when booking our room, which would have doubled the cost of the rom, had we not. If you can find another place, do.

We loved the hotel and friendly staff. The location was perfect . The room for Europe was a very good size. The bathroom lovely. I am always amused by some reviews that are so contradictory but I am an interior designer and fussy and my husband and I found this hotel reasonable and very charming. Roger and Babette

Has a lovely position on the promenade. Boat, bus and train links close by and the interesting old centre of Rapallo is just behind the hotel. Stayed 3 nights in family room. Seaview was not optimal, but OK. Traffic was quite hectic, but the soundproofing was fine and we slept well. Old fashioned, well kept interior with lots of velvet, dark wood and marbeled bathroom. The Miro is a small hotell (12 rooms?) and the charming staff provide excellent and personal service.
