My husband and I passed through Como on our way to Zurich, so we only stayed one night at this hotel. I have to say it looked good from the front, but once inside, - extremely disappointing. The front office staff was friendly, but everything is chargeable - 15Euro for parking, 5Euro for 30mins of internet, etc. For a 4... More

This 4 star hotel was a chick overnight stop in Lake Como before heading back to Milan. We payed a little extra on arrival to get upgraded to the room 228 overlooking the lake, which was a very large room with excellent furnishings and great blockout curtains! All up our deal was ¢150 which included a very extensive breakfast in... More

Highly disappointing, terrible value for money - the rooms are extremely dated given the prive and require a revamp. Only saving grace was the very helpful lady on the desk. If you can avoid it, don't stay here, invest your $$ in something fresher. More

The hotel is very clean and has a perfect location (walking distance from Train Station and Center) but it is an old hotel. The value for the rooms are now worth it. When we got there (3 people) we were in a double room with an extra bed that was tiny but was sold to us as a triple room.... More

Stayed in one of the family rooms for two nights, where our two young children had a smaller twin room, and we had a larger double room, but overall it was a very tight squeeze and none of us slept well. The rooms and the hotel are quite dated, and things are looking tired. We had a view of the... More

A beautiful hotel just 5 minutes from the train station by taxi, situated right next to 'Old' Town Como, short walk to several attractions like the marina, restaurants, market, and funicolare. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff and our room was fantastic. I asked for lake view and the room was at the center of the hotel facing... More

The hotel was clean and stylish. The breakfast had a lot of variety although ordering the tea or coffeee could be a bit haphazard. The reception staff were very informative and helpful alhtough occasionally forgetful but on the whole an asset. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The bathroom too was large but considering we were on a... More

Great looking outside, historical inside. Especiaaly the breakfast room is dreary with wrong lighting. Around 8:30 the breakfast room was full and a young couple was looking for a table desperately. The hotel is in a central location. Garden of the hotel is impressive but when you enter it is a historical building which has not been renovated. Fancy elevator,... More

There are many hotels in Como but I think we were lucky to choose this one.The staff are great, the accomodation is very comfortable and the location is ideal being very close to the lake. You are also just a short walk from the train and bus stations so it is very easy to find. The hotel provides a full range of...
