Nice 2nd floor lake view and a perfect location near the oldtown. Very clean and a bit worn out. We don't really speak Italian, but could manage easily with stuff like everywhere. Older crumpy guy at the reception turned out to be very helpful after a little chat. Nice pool. Restaurant was closed at the time.

This is right out on the point into the Lake therefore virtually no traffic although in 5 mins you are back in Simione main square for dinner and ice cream.
