The hotel is centrally positioned and well run by professional and helpful staff. The only down-side was poor soundproofing and consequently noisy plumbing. Breakfast was excellent and the decor relaxing. Soft drinks were provided free of charge in the well appointed bedrooms.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel, arguably the best in Italy. Location is just around the corner from the Duomo and the Victor Emanuelle shopping arcade.
