Was in Milan for a conference with my wife. We requested a non smoking room and were assured the room was a non smoking. Very strong tobacco smell. Had to look for the porter to bring our bags in. Front desk under staffed, slow to react. Overall a mediocre experience

Stayed here during April 15-17. Rooms were big, breakfast is great! Location is great as it is not far away from Duomo, and the great shopping area. However the a/c gave out. The room turned out to be an oven.

our money were stolen from our room in this hotel. the behaviour of staff was irresponsible. they say there are NO video cameras, they can`t help us. NONSENSE. we went to police, singly. never stay in this hotel! it is shocking for Europe.

This hotel is right near the Duomo and fabulous shopping. Everything is in walking distance including the University. The hotel is ultra modern. One thing is having Bedbugs in your hotel. Another thing is not reacting on mails about the problem, to avoid other people taking them home and to other hotels. That is not good enough! The hotel would have very good review from me if they just reacted on my mails about this problem. But they are just ignoring

Great location just 5 minutes walk from Duomo. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and and helpfull, and the breakfast buffet is just excellent and one of the best I have tried. Great stay in the center of Milan.
