Room is tiny with no decoration, just dark green/grey walls. No power outlets - I had to unplug the TV to plug in my laptop. Whole place rumbles and shakes when a metro train passes. No fresh juice at breakfast. It didn't seem like 4-stars to me. I guess its clean and tidy though. More

Pretty shabby. Outlets did not all work. The furbishing looked more like from a cheap hostel. Small, old TV (normally I dont' care, but for a 4 * hotel...) Staff barely spoke English. At least I did not pay for it myself (because I certainly wouldn't have). More

A new manager has upgraded and refined the decor and feel of the place, but most noticeable is the good-natured and helpful staff, who are clearly happy and eager to please. Very highly recommended. More

The hotel is marketed as a 4 star hotel, but it's really not. The breakfast is missing warm food (like omelete, bacon etc), and the rooms are very basic and plain. Some refreshment is needed.
