The toilets have the loudest flush - can hear them up and down the corridor. Rooms are clean but smell faintly of cigarettes....and avoid a single room if you can as they are tiny. But very convenient location just across from the Central station and ok buffet breakfast.

The location is pretty good but the staff is terrible and are not friendly at all. The room was fine, clean but smelled like cigarettes all the time. The wi fi connection is not good at all in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby to use it properly.

I like this hotel very much if the room rate is set under Euro 150. Very conveniently located, just a couple of minutes walk from Central station of Milan. This hotel is just two minutes south of the main train station, easily identified by large illuminated sign. Hotel is old but pretty good. Rooms adequate, bed a bit crappy , safe didn't work. Plumbing was ridiculously noisy. Good staff very helpful.bathroom small but adequate. Breakfast included and was reasonable. Lots of good resteraunts close by. Would recommend.
