In the city, things are typically tight and this was no exception. The lobby was pretty small, the hallways tight and the rooms not too spacious, however I had basically everything I needed, PLUS free wi-fi. Our experience was unplanned, but Holiday Inn is well situated near the Garibaldi Station. It is not the cheapest but definately clean and easy to walk to. The staff were helpful and the rooms nice and clean.

staying over as office is 10 minutes walk away. staff is accomodating and helpful (to get taxi, recommend a restaurant etc...). Check in and check out was fast. the rooms are comfortable and silent. internet works very well. A regular an efficient Holiday Inn stay.

My husband and I stayed here during winter, for starters we asked for a double bed but was given 2 single bed. The staff were not that friendly at all, maybe because we were asian. The walk from garibaldi station to the hotel was 20mins and it's kind of dodgy. Will not stay here again.
