Very friendly people at the reception desk. Great restaurant at the top floor. Dinner quite OK (but not so special). Clean rooms, with some design stuff. Only remark: somewhat noisy from the street and (astonishing) from the music they keep on playing until night.

The NU Hotel was a wonderful base for my first trip to Milan.
