The staff at the hotel are great but the physical fabric and decor of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired and indeed lets them down. Artex ceilings and linoleum floors in the entrance hall sum it up. Food is OK with three or four dishes bring exceptionally good. However, I wouldn't come again. Which is the acid test.
