Charming B&B in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Santa Croce even though it is only several minute walk from the train station. Andrea is most welcoming..we did not meet Susanna since they just had their second baby. As a Venetian, Andrea is most helpful in drawing on the maps some walking tours, making dinner suggestions and reservations, can direct you... More

Went with my sister this december and just wow. We arrived and came in to the building. Andrea (the host) received us and gave us a tour of the place. We were taken to our room and it was really nice, with ample space and a laaaarge bathroom. After we settled in, Andrea prepared us some maps and made a... More

From the moment we were welcomed in to campiello zen we were blown away. It was extremely easy to find from Andreas directions and in a great location near grand canal and not far from the bus and train station. It is also close to great restaurants. Andrea made us feel so welcome he ran us through a map with... More

There is nothing I can add to the other rave reviews. They are all true. . .Everything, from the building itself to the location to the room and staff, were perfection. This was not my first trip to Venice and we were very happy with where we stayed before, but chose Campiello Zen based on reviews and our desire to... More

My husband and I stayed Campiello Zen for 2 nights. We loved this B&B. All decorations were very gorgeous, beautiful and neat. I've never seen such tall curtains!!! Our room had everything we needed. Huge windows, high pressure shower, and very very clean room. A bed was very comfortable and we slept like a baby. Andrea was a great host.... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this B&B in May. It was the first of 6 B&Bs we stayed at during our 3 week stay in northern Italy and it was the best overall of any of the other B&Bs - and they were all good. What set Campiello Zen apart was the absolute enthusiasm that Andrea had... More

Our stay for 3 nights at the Campiello Zen in Venice was wonderful. From the actual place itself to the hospitality of Andrea and staff, I could not have asked for more. The rooms are air conditioned, modern, and so CLEAN. I have very high standards of cleanliness and this b&b met every requirement from the bed linens to the... More

Most reviews on TA are long and absolutely 100% correct. Campiello Zen is a haven in a very busy city and Andrea & Susanna could not be more helpful, even Pila the dog is welcoming. Very easy to find with all the directions, Ginko room was faultless, breakfast was delicious and the help from Andreas each morning with planning our... More

Once again after searching on Tripadvisor I happened upon another excellent place to stay -Campiello Zen, what an amazing find. We arrived by water taxi (can highly recommend) and Andrea was waiting to greet us on the waterside. He instantly made us feel very welcome. We walked to the B&B with him and were wowed by the beautiful building. The... More

This was our second stay in Venice after 5 years and we stayed for 3 nights at Campiello Zen. We were immediately surprised by Andrea's hospitality and welcoming. The place has been beautifully renovated and decorated, with meticulous attention to detail. The local tips, tailored to the individuals' preferences and needs are second to none. Location is perfect with the... More
