Elegant decor and bright rooms. My bathroom was big and very beautiful with a window and superb green marble floor and green marble sink. Breakfast area on the Grand Canal provides a picturesque and romantic view. Tasty coffee! Good staff at the reception. The location is very central and right off XXII marzo street where you have luxury shops.

Used are Starpoints to stay a couple of nights at this Starwood hotel. Spacious, clean rooms, great location near San Marco piazza and shopping. Concierge was not very helpful when we asked about getting tickets to the Opera..instead of calling for us, he had us walk there to find out there were only obstructed seats left.

We got upgraded to a grand canal view. Wow it was amazing. The room was very comfortable. They sent us a delicious cake for free since it was our honeymoon. Great location. This is a great hotel for people who like big hotels. People who don't like larger hotels may find it a little cold.

This hotel fronts onto the Grand Canal...so arrival is by water taxi. Staff were efficient and friendly.Bedroom and bathroom were poor and gloomy and overlooked roofs at the rear...we only stayed one night so put up with it. Great location overlooking the Grand Canal. Very convenient for the central tourist sites like St Marks Square. This is two hotels in one. The Europa and the Regina. Very "old" modern inside with lovely marble. The room was very comfortable if a bit cramped but very clean. Staff were excellent and the breakfast choice was superb.
