unfriendly staff,tiny rooms,ridiculously small baths.....the list is endless....venice is great...this hotel is not!!!! we asked if we could use an iron(a basic in any travelodge!!!!) we were told NO its against company policy!!!!!! the breakfast would have been better suited to one of my childrens school trips overall a very bad experience

Even basic facilities and general staff friendliness were missing. The breakfast spread was basic. The rooms were very small. Basic features like water and kettle etc were missing. The staff were however helpful I suggesting how we move about the city and also let us know of good places to eat.

We enjoyed a wonderful (very delayed!) honeymoon at this hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location as is close to the train station or if you travelled like us near to the bus depot. Great location opposite the railway station and over the bridge on the Grand Canal. Rooms are small but beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean.
