Great location of hotel, but very noisy if you are in a room at the front of the hotel. Breakfast very bland, if you have a late check in the staff may decide to go home if it gets to late due to delays.

Terrific location, close to St Marks Square, cafes, shops and not too far from transport. Staff were very helpful, especially getting heavy bags up stairs, there is no lift. I have just come back from staying in this hotel. What a little treasure. Nice friendly people, Very clean, and breakfast was more then enough until lunch time. Only one problem, there's no lift. The staff though are quite happy to help. Great value considering the location.
