Perfect location. You can either walk from the train station or take a vaperetto. Fantastic breakfast. Helpful and super friendly staff who have us perfect dining recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again!

We reached bit early and were welcomed with tea, cakes and asked to stay in the coffee room till room was being cleaned. We're allowed to check in at 12 although check in time was 2. That was good. it´s perfectly located, very close to rialto and the main attractions. The room was clean and well equiped, with a great view of the grand canal. The staff was friendly and helpful. It´s a wonderful place to stay in venice and the days there will always have a special place in my heart.

Location super-central, only 15-20 mins to San Marco, 10 mins to Rialto and easy to access any other part of Venice. The rooms are very clean and more than adequate. The view!! This place is terrific. It's the third floor of a rather insane and run-down palazzo. The rooms are neither tiny nor grand, but the floors are gorgeous and it's quite quiet and feels very private. Great location of a charming and true Venice Inn. Being on the Grand Canal and only a short walk from St Marks Square, the location couldn't be better.
