What a perfect location in Venice! The staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing was a problem. The morning breakfasts were delicious with a large variety of food served. We would highly recommend this property and it will be where we will stay our next visit to this incredible city.

Very close to St.Marks square. The staff were very friendly and helpful the room was lovely could hear the sounds of singing from the balcony during the day and you wake up in the morning to the smell of fresh bread baking for an excellent breakfast.

Always teeming with life between the tourists and the gondoliers so it feels like a busy town square In the shoulder season when the AC/heat is off if you open the windows for air the sound will echo at night though it is mostly quiet after 9 or so. Breakfast is satisfying and rooms are charming.
