The hotel is situated just around 10 minutes walk from San Marco Square and around 2 minutes from Arsenal waterbus stop, so the location is just fine. The hotel staff is friendly, answering all questions the guests might have. We got a room on the 3rd floor and without elevator we had a little exercise getting to our room everyday.... More

Seriously waste of money. This hotel is basic and not attractive, for what we paid it is a rip off. You have to pay for wifi, which we haven't ever had to do yet. The pillows and bedding are uncomfortable! I would avoid if you have the chance.
