the entire staff is super helpful and friendly. The location is awesome. Away from the crowds but within walking distance to San Marco and Rialto. Easy access to both the bus and train stations. Lovely breakfast and outdoor seating area. Would definitely come back.

Very romantic, convenient setting on the Grand Canal with a short walk to main bus station. The hotel is beautiful and kept up-to-date with frequent refurbishments. The rooms are quaint and charming but not too small. The staff are outstanding... very friendly and helpful. Perfect stay in Venice!
