Friendly service, spacious room, spacious bathroom, very quiet at night, close to vaporetto stop "Salute", nice area. Breakfast room is very small, might be crowded at times. The location is by far the best part. Beds are very uncomfortable, room was stuffy and slightly smelly, carpets dirty & staff unfriendly.
