..very cozy, true Venetian style, although quite small in size. Welcoming staff, great location to visit venice and for la fenice theatre. Breakfast could be improved, but ok. I would highly recommend it, also for the excellent quality/price ratio.

What a lovely little inn! The directions from the water bus stop were accurate and we had no difficulty finding the hotel after dark.
