We spent 3 nights at this hotel in great suite overlooking the Grand Canal. The location is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the roof top breakfast. The main restaurant was good. Given Venice is generally expensive, this hotel is no exception however we believe we got what we paid for

Understated, elegant and opulent little gem! Everyone is super friendly, honest and helpful. Breakfast on the 7th floor is exclusive to guests of the palace, food whilst buffet style exceeded expectations, it has gorgeous uninterrupted view of Venice. Stayed in a double during the Venice Festival. This is a lovely hotel, in a fab location, the staff are great and make you feel pretty special, and the room was lovely, rather grand and a good size, but also a little tatty around the edges, it could do with a spruce-up. Top hotel in all respects: discreet service, always there but never intrusive, knowledgeable and helpful staff, tastefully decorated and very comfortable rooms (the Grand Canal view rooms are by far the best) superb menu so well prepared I cannot remember dining better anywhere in the world.
