Our trip in Venezia has been wonderful... Because of the location in the centre of the city, and the kindness of its owner. Good price, excellent location, very good breakfast, and comfortable bed! Even if we had rainy days, our trip has been shiny by the kindness of people and the comfort of the room.

I selected this place based simply on location. The room, although not large, was clean, neat and tidy. The shower alcove a bit small, but this is Venice. Breakfast was adequate and was delivered to the room. The proprietor was business like and very helpful.
