Hotels.com should be much more clear about whats included and not in their prices. Coming to this hotel we were met with a surprise of taxes to be payed as well as the wifi. I find it outragous that parking is 22eur, wifi 6 and taxes 5. When comparing prices these things should be CLEAR.

Booked after Trip advisor reviews. Great location for walking to sites, restaurants and shopping. Very professional staff, assisted with our restaurants and directions. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was far more than expected. Very good coffee. Experience was great. Would stay again. .

I would describe this as a well maintained but older 3 star property in a terrific location. It has a sense of charm with minor wear around the edges but nothing that should turn you off. This hotel is in a great location, right by piazza bra and in the centro storico. The hotel and rooms were very beautifully decorated and a good size. Friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast decent. Would stay here again
