This hostel is optimal on an international scale of hostels i've seen, nothing wrong with it but its a bit more expensive than expected in Sicily and a little hard to find but once you are there its a perfect stay.

Stayed here for four days. It was the best hostel i´ve visited! The rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Also the location is awsome, there is a great park next to the hostel. Metro is really not that far away (it took us 5 minutes). Great value for that money.

Some good points- free wi-fi in the bar and downstairs some good bathrooms. The rooms are very basic. In the private twin room there was a small metal bunk bed with leather mattresses and not enough room to swing a cat. The hostel has a good, central location - close to Piazza del Duomo, and all the main attractions of the city. Even the famous Catanian fish market is just a stones throw away.
