Good location near the uffizi, ponte vecchio, and piazzas (Santa Croce, de la Signoria). Have stayed at better for this price. Front desk were occasionally helpful. Good, cold breakfast range. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a great view of the river. They were cleaned very quickly and discreetly- none of the annoying knock on the door. This Hotel was a big surprise, right opposite the River Arno and close walk to the main shopping area. The hotel was very elegant, with great downstairs lobby lounge areas. The breakfast area was very nice and so was the breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend. More

The hotel is very well located, next to the river and the Piazza de la Signoria. The staff was very helpful whenever we had some enquiry of where to go or recommending restaurants. Breakfast was quite good and we loved the little rooms next to the lobby. More
