A brilliant hotel, staff very helpful and very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the locations was good being only about a 10 min walk into the centre of Florence. The continental breakfast was good with plenty on offer to suit most tastes. We would definitely stay there again

All the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and organised. The room was very very nice and well cleaned, very comfy beds. Excellent hotel and location. Very quiet and accessible to the centre of Florence. Easy to walk to from the railway station. Will recommend to friends and relatives.

Great location! We love to walk and were able to to the Academy of fine arts as well as all the shops. Florence is the place to buy leather & gold.. The breakfasts were excellent with a variety of menu items. The rooms were clean and pleasant.
