Very good location. Very average. Slept well, hot shower, no bugs, low noise. If you are looking on a tourist map, it will look as though you take a main street from the SMN train station. You don't.. you take the smaller street that runs directly alongside the SMN church. After that it is easypeasy.

Location excellent, staff nice...Room, quaint, quiet and clean. Overall, great value for the $, I would stay here again. Breakfast was basic, sweet breads and coffee, but was always prepared on time. PS our trip was June 2011...I'm just a little late in completing my review.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September 2012. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location, because it is close to the Duomo, the main part of the city and it is really easy to get to and from the train station. The room was a bit old, but fine.

The only complain is the excesive noise it has just outside. Its a very noisy street 'cause of the 2 bars around this lovely Pensione. The windows just dont block the noise.
