The only good thing to this hotel was the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. Other then that the beds were horrible, the place was under kept and paper thin walls. Instead of staying here, save your pennies and stay in a hostel.

Despite it was pretty hard to find the hotel, as everything in Florence, it was really nice. Small breakfast lounge but lovely rooms and oldstyle furniture. The staff is friendly and outgoing. Bathroom was small but clean. They helped us a lot with the map. I reccomend it!

This hotel has friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. The room was very cramped, you had to step up to the bedroom in order to bend down and lock the door. Then you stepped down to the bathroom. near the historic town so easier to visit but the hotel is noisy and old .breakfast simply but correct it was not expensive for florence so no problem
