very nice house, very charming, lovely rooms and wonderful garden BUT... Poor Breakfast, for the price paid, we would expect we can get a bit more than the basic italian breakfast! all the same, the coffee tastes....!!! ;-) The staff is Ok, but a bit too cold and helpless, but all in all nice.

We spent five wonderful days at this lovely small hotel. We felt as if we were members of the family instead of someone staying at a hotel. We have already and will continue to recommend this establishment to family and friends. We look forward to future opportunities to visit the area again.
