The place was not bad for the price. It was clean, the staff helped in anyway they could and we had a nice breakfast. We weren't really in Florence for the hotel but for the beautiful sights and this hotel was okay.

While this wasn't the worst hotel we ever stayed at in our lives, it tried hard to be such. The staff was present and made attempts to be helpful. Nice and big room. I can't tell the same for the wc. Many broken things. Needed restoration. The breakfast too poor. Bus stop near the hotel. Connection with the center till late (about 1 a.m). The staff usually helpful.

Was very disgusted with the hotel. Catering was poor especially if you were wheat and gluten free. All i was offered was yoghut. Were not told properly about taxes charged double on arrival.
