Myself and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel at the beginning of March 2013 for 2 nights at the start of our Tuscany trip. We were very happy to find the hotel was 10 seconds from the Terravision airport bus stop opposite SMN train station, with a cheap, handy supermarket right opposite. The corridors are lovely with a boutique type... More

Firstly, the staff is amazing!! I had to make two reservations, when I booked the nonrefundable so I couldn't modify the reservation. The staff just instructed me to make another reservation. No problem! I got there they had everything already ready! No need to check out the next day and check in again or change rooms. The breakfast is amazing!!!... More

The hotel itself has a beautiful presentation. Everything is so welcoming. The front desk staff spoke English. They have 3 spaces for the car park and its cheaper then parking in the garage. Stop at the front desk before parking and they give you an opener to get to the space which is shared by the bus station. The rooms... More

I stayed at this hotel, room No. 105 with my partner on the 27th and 28th of December 2012. On the second night something very strange happened that has really worried us. The smoke alarm on the ceiling was stuck to the roof at the beginning- as expected- but on the second night we noticed it was loose and hanging... More

Dear Costumer sorry for your feeling, sorry for the probably misunderstanding with our staff, the night porter probably was so surprise from your idea that he didn't arrive even to understand, in Italy the activity of espionage is a severe crime, we have one of the most strict privacy laws in the world. When my family of 4 reached the Firenze SMN, we were a little lost and had to ask around for directions to the hotel. To our delight and relief, it was right across the road from the train station. The check in was fast and efficient. We were given a big and comfortable room in the hotel. The room was... More

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Aurora early Oct 12. It attracted me because Aurora is much closed to the station. I check-in around 7pm. The front desk staff settles all check-in process, then, he gives us a map to go to another building. Two ladies pick up 6 items (include 2 big luggages) and 2 back pack. How do... More

I chose this hotel for its location close to the Firenze SMN and it did not disappoint. We were two couples travelling by train so after alighting from the Eurostar we headed out the right hand side door of the station and found the hotel situated directly across the street. We chose the deluxe rooms so we were housed in... More

Hotel is AWESOME! It's just across Firenze SMN and walking distance to the tourist sites. There is a mini-supermarket opposite to the hotel. For shopaholic to the Mall (factory outlet), SITA bus terminal is 2 right turns. You can't miss it! Breakfast is lovely especially the ham & cheese omelette. I casually requested for a hot water flask which they... More

Simply awful. It was clean and safe enough but it is all downhill from there. The bed was a pull out couch. We literally saw the couch cushions under the bed. The bathroom was very tiny with NO counter space to put any items. The shower was barely large enough to raise your hands high enough to wash your hair.
