Great location, though noisy neighborhood. close to the train station, laundry and convenience store. The shower doos were faulty, so water would leak onto the floor outside the stall everyday. courtesy internet ready computers were very slow. Good breakfast.

I need to start this review by noting that I am not picky with hotels at all. All I expect is a plain room that is quiet, I don't expect a designer room or for anyone to go above and beyond for me. Having said that, I was very disappointed with the customer service in this hotel. I had stayed...

Our room was very nice. Not a 5 star but for the price it was excellent. We walked from train station, felt safe, great restaurant next door also. Service was fantastic and food amazing. We walked all over Florence with no problems at all. Highly recommend. Also emailed before we arrived with a few requests and all were met.

I was studying abroad for four months in Florence and my family was coming to visit/pick me up and spent a month looking for a hotel for us to stay that was both convenient for showing them the city as well as traveling from the train station. This was the best hotel I found for approximately 90 US dollars a...

The location of this hotel is directly beside the train station, so you can hear the trains all night and it's also kinda sketchy neighborhood. Lot's of homeless people.
It's a decent (but not overly uncomfortable) walk to any sights. The room was very stuffy and always felt like the heater was on, although the hotel said it was not....

It is about 100 yards from the train station just past the small parking lot entrance. Good breakfast buffet, including scrambled eggs and granola. Staff speak excellent English. Rooms are average size. The newly renovated one on the 2nd floor had a great shower but poor mattresses. The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors from 2 earlier visits had...

The location is so perfect , espacially for my girlfiend and me who carried pretty heavy luggage . Second , I can always saw lovely smile while I need help from reception, that made me feel very warmly . Last and also the most important is the room , it had pretty large space , comfortable bed and clean bathroom...

Excellent location. I lead group trips and think this would be an ideal place for my groups. If you're coming to Florence to see the sights, then you're in the right place. You'll save money on transport because you won't need any. Walk out of the railway or bus station and you're about a minute from the hotel. Modern, clean,...

Other reviews say this hotel is centrally located, which is correct because it is located right beside the train station and bus station. If you want to be close to those then this is the place to be. If you want to sleep or see the sites, this is not really the place to be. It was crazy noisy at...
