La Fortezza hotel is a medium hotel. Beds and showers are not the most comfort but basically it provides what it should. Breakfast is excellent. They also rent a laptop with internet which is a very nice service for those who come with no computer and needs laptop.

The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and located in a safe neighborhood. Just back from a lovely few days in Florence staying at La Fortezza. Perfect location, quiet but handy for city centre, buses and station. Friendly, very clean and comfortable. Only disapponitment was the thin breakfast choices but adequate.
