Great location near the heart of the historic center. Very nice rooms; clean, quiet and lovely. Fantastic service by the owners: Luciano and Alessandro really helped us a lot with tipps and hints and - of course - with the search for our lost luggage. Luciano, Suzie and Alessandro were the perfect hosts. The customer service was second to none. Since I can't sleep when it's dead silence, Luciano went as far letting me borrow a fan. He also allowed me to borrow his laptop to change reservations for upcoming accommodations. I would highly recommend The Bellevue House when visiting Florence.
