Stayed for 2 nights with my hubby during the 2nd week of May. Location: The hotel is near the railway station. Nearby the hotel we can easily find good dining places with yummy food. Places of interest are in walkable distances. The building that the hotel is in was rather eery.., we arrived after the sun had set and entering... More

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. As students we could cope with the small room and sheared bathroom. A bit like halls. The staff was polite and if we needed something they helped out. The biggest problem was that 4 of our 5 night we where surrounded by Italian school kids, so they made lots of noise and yh... More

We spent one night at the Erina, and although the room was a bit dated, it was clean and neat. The hotel is a 2 minutes walk from the train station, so it's a perfect spot for backpackers - and therefore not the quietest place we've stayed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - let us check in early and... More

Two nights in this hotel was two nights too long. We trusted some reviews but it appears they were faked by the owners. There was a dank, flooded, mozzie-infested cubicle for a bathroom, with no hot water and no pressure. The bed had a dripping air-con (for next door's room!!) directly above the pillows, so I had a very grouchy... More

Stayed here for 2 nights to see Firenze - got an ok quote on pricing incl breakfast. The whole experience was a challenge: First you have to climb to the second floor of an office building - rooms are on the 3rd floor at a different(?) hotel name? My room 101 was big with working aircon, but no closet or... More

We have just got back from two nights at Hotel Erina and ok, it was a little shabby, but for the price and location it was worth it for us. We didn't want to spend too much but we also didn't want to share a bathroom and most of the really cheap places had shared bathrooms. Our room had a... More

Room is very spacious with high ceilings. However, beware that the rooms are quite shabby and bare. Bathroom ensuite was tiny and not very clean. Had difficulty taking showers as I was trying to avoid leaning on the slimy walls in that very tiny space. Breakfast was poor, and when I brought out some crackers and cheese snacks which I... More

Never were we treated with so much disrespect by an employee let alone the hotel owner. She was rude, screamed, and told us she has other stuff to do when we mentioend that the air condition was not working. We have 4 rooms in the hotel. So we deserved a better treatment. We are all a bunch of grown adults and we found that... More

We just stayed for one night on the way to Rome from Paris. Booked via Venere.com and no surprises. We reached Florence at 8am via Paris->Rome night train. The hotel is just a stone throw (really that close) from the Termini station. Despite being close, it was not noisy because the hotel was in the backstreet. Being close to the... More
