Santo Spirito is a great neighborhood, and this location is perfect. We saw more locals than turists. Clean and comfortable... A great value. Very close to pitti palace, boboli gardens, and the specola museum- all must sees.

totally friendly owner who gives great advices for florence! very low prices in a very good location, Rooms are basic ut have everything we needed. i would definitely visit again. Try to avoid visit florence in high season because it s can become so crowded that you cant enjoy anything
