It's a unique Bed & Breakfast, you feel like at home, you get an accessing code that you recieve before your arrival. The owner is there just in the morning for breakfast, making great cappucinos and in case you want to he also gives you all the information that you need about Florence, very professional and polite person.

Great, Friendly staff. Felt very comfortable. Rooms were cleaned everyday and were who ever did the cleaning did it thoroughly. They cleaned under the bed even! Rooms are small but adequate. I was there during the Pitti and I spent just 69,00 euros, I think there is no way to find a better place for a better price and for better location, this B&B is just 5 minutes walking from the Fortezza da Basso and 5 minutes from the main train station. I will be back for sure.

Clean room with an adequate breakfast. The room was small. The B&B is located about 700 meters from the train station away from old town. The immediate neighbourhood had few amenities. I would consider staying here again but after looking elsewhere.
