We got a very good internet rate, which included breakfast. Room was larger than typical for European hotels and the breakfast room was very nice. We absolutely loved this hotel, its location, and staff. Trip Advisor helped us find this, and I would recommend to anyone. Rooms are European quiant - lovely, updated and clean. Breakfasts, which are included, were fabulous and the service outstanding. My husband and I travelled to Pisa for a short break. We picked this hotel based on previous glowing reviews. We were greeted by wonderful staff into a beautiful hotel. The location is perfect only a couple of minutes walk from the tower. Will definitely return in the new year. more

We stayed here for our last night of our honeymoon, and we could not have chosen better. The hotel staff had placed a bottle of sparkling wine in our room as a welcome and congratulations on our honeymoon which set the tone for the stay. Was in Pisa for 3 nights after 5 nights in Siena. The hotel is located near the Piazza del Duomo ( 5 minute walk) but not so close that you deal with the hordes of tourists - go early in the morning or late at night and you may have the Piazza dei miracoli to yourself. Also, the hotel is... more

We stayed at the Hotel Relais dell'Orologio for a single night after arriving by air in Pisa and en route early the next morning for several nights in Florence. And therin lies the problem. The hotel was lovely, the service was superb, but I now feel that the €229 we spent for the room was probably not the best value... more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It's in a rennovated palace, beautifully designed with lovely amenities (free tea and cakes, drinks in the late afternoon). Staff is delightful: gracious and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, compared to those in the U.S. A lovely place. I would stay again. more
