The hotel has a very convenient location, right next to the Tower. I was pleasantly surprised, for the price it is a very good offer. Small cozy rooms, the hotel is nice and compact. The friendly staff and typical Italian breakfast.

Good location if you are pressed for time and would mainly like to see the Leaning Tower and the surrounds. We honestly dont know what all the people are moaning at... this is a good 3 star tourist hotel right next to leaning tower of Pisa... Check in was efficient, breakfast was lovely and rooms ok if a little dated... but what do you expect for the price you pay?

Excellent location (right next to Tower Square) Small rooms with size limited facilities (shower extremely small). Needs large scale maintenance done. (A/c not working = stuffy room) Breakfast very simple and unappetising. Can not really recommend except for location.

Despite it being right next to the Tower the hotel was awful. Small dark musty rooms with only 2 of the 4 halogen lights working. Lots of Mosquitos in the room. The breakfast was very basic but the staff didn't even check to keep the juice or milk jugs filled. Getting another cup of coffee seemed a chore for them.

Small. Noisy. Hopeless staff. Rooms in poor condition. No lift. Air-conditioning wasn't working in the first room we were given. Definitely doesn't rate three star, gives the impression its intended for backackers who will only stay one night. On the plus side, its only a stone's throw away from the Cathedral and the Tower.

I stayed in Giardino hotel 4 days and was the best time of my life. Everything was really well-organised. Nice room and bathroom. A breakfast was tipical tuscan one. delicious ! i will be back soon here ! Saluti a Max !
