We stayed in La Taverna villa in early October. The directions to get to Montebuoni could definitely improve as we lost about 30 minutes trying to find it. Late check-in time worked fine, but might be inconvenient for some. The property is well-taken care of and the information provided at the villa is plentiful and was appreciated. Despite being a... Despite difficult to find (mainly because of a lack of accuracy in the information provided), Montebuoni is an excellent location for exploring the Tuscany region. The accommodation are great, clean, and well-equipped. We arrived a bit early compared to traditional check-in time (4pm) and everything has been made to prepare our accommodation for 12pm. Would I certainly go back to... More

Lovely accommodation and friendly staff. Very relaxing base for chilling out and drinking wine as well as visits to Florence Sienna and Pisa. I would stay here again (and probably will)! More

Everything about our stay was great. The villa we stayed in, La Stella, was very cozy and well located. It had a beautiful view and it was everything we could have wanted. Can't wait to return. More

We spent two delightful weeks at Montebuoni, in Meitoitore. It was a return trip for us. This location is a slice of pure heaven. It is the perfect location for exploring the Tuscany region and for wandering the nearby towns. Highlights of our stay were: the visit to the nearby vineyard with our host, Daniella. We are still enjoying our... More

Absolutely beautiful setting, we stayed at Due Leoni and it was a very well decorated and furnished villa. We had a wonderful and relaxing two week stay and went on many lovely walks, including visiting the vineyards nearby, and we can thoroughly recommend the restaurant in the nearby village!! Very central location means as long as you have a car... More

Our first visit to Tuscany and we found this simply superb site, and the house we rented with its own herb garden, looking west to the setting sun, was just fantastic More

This was our second visit to the heaven that is Montebuoni. We stayed in a the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa La Stalla. This was a lovely villa, spacious with a huge front terrace. Plenty of space, but found the kitchen / dining layout a little cramped. Lots of couches in the lounge even a sofa bed. The top bedroom... More

We stayed in L'Oliveta for 1 week with our 7 year old son. The location is stunning & peaceful - high on a hill top near Lecchi in Chianti yet easily accesible via a good unpaved road. We had an amazing view from the garden of L'Oliveta & enjoyed eating out all our meals on the private terrace. The pool... More
