We first went there a decade ago and returned October 2011 for 4 days. The hotel is terrific, location convienient but quiet and the front desk staff some of the most helpful i have encountered.
Thank you!

Great place to stay in Siena for location and atmosphere. Decent breakfast is served in an absolutely beautiful garden. The views from the back of the property (including outside our room's window) are consistent with what you see on Tuscan postcards. The walk to the Campo is around ten minutes. Wireless internet is spotty.

The Palazzo Ravizza is very well situated, (a short walk to down town Siena). It is a XVII century Monastery, which after some transformations as a family house, in 1924 ended remodeled as a Hotel. Very nice vintage rooms, good bathroom, and an exceptional view from the top of a slope to the back yard of the Hotel, and beyond...

Found and booked this hotel through TripAdvisor, and was blown away with it's charm. We were there for 2 nights over new years/eve. It's a beautiful hotel with a rich history, spectacular views and very close to the center Siena. Our room, #31, was on top floor, spacious, king bed (very comfortable with down comforters) and spacious bathroom. The best...

We showed up in Siena without reservations in December 2011, and walked into the Palazzo Ravizza. We ended up with a huge twin/king room on the top floor with a walk in closet and large bathroom for 80 euros!! Great value for the money. Reasonable location in Siena (which is small to begin with and easy to walk everywhere). Great...

The Palazzo Ravizza was a comfortable and quiet place to stay in Siena. Our room had plenty of space and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, with warm whole grain bread in addition to some fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, meat, and very good automatic coffee. There is a lower breakfast room with a view of the...

I have a lot of great things to say about this property and one thing to watch out for. It's a very old and beautiful place especially the view out back. Probably one of the prettiest views I have seen in Tuscany. From the chairs and wine by the wall to the grapes growing near the parking lot to the...

Stayed here for 2nts early Dec on way back to Greece. Nice old colonial pension hotel with high ceilings & everywhere you turn there is a beautiful old antique piece of furniture.
Nice gardens which overlook the stunning Tuscan hills.
Great location & staff were fantastic & very helpful.
All in all a great choice for Siena & with private...

After arriving by train we took a taxi (13 euro) to the Palazzo, for a while we thought that the driver was taking us the long way around until we realised that Siena is a walled city and access points through the wall is limited, vehicle usage inside the city limited.
Reception staff were excellent helpful with maps etc and...
