My family and I stayed in a quad room for 2 nights. Excellent location close to Assisi, with spectacular views. Service was good, we arrived late afternoon and were offered lunch even though kitchen was closed. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is large and very clean, set above an olive grove and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. By far the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in throughout Italy, they actually give you food! The family is very gracious. I will stay here again.

the room was clean and pleasant, the view, especially at night was BEAUTIFUL. we breakfast was all right though not spectacular. the family was helpful in directions. they also allowed free internet access. we never ate at the resturaunt due to the assisi slow food resturaunts in assisi and nearby.
