This elegant, comfy, almost boutique hotel is a landmark of Perugia and deservedly so. We enjoyed returning there: nicely appointed medium sized rooms mixing modern and classical elegance. Minutes from the Duomo and other historical points of interest. Try the excellent La Taverna restaurant nearby for impeccable, decently priced Italian fare. A bit far though from the train station.

They claim "free" parking. This is only if you can find a space in the square in front of the hotel which is nearly impossible. The hotel is located in the middle of Corso Vannucci, Perugia main street. Nice room not too big but confortable. The hotel is very centrally located and still reasonably quiet. A definite plus is the resident permit for parking that they hand out to their guests as parking space is extremely limited in Perugia's old town. Perhaps the place is a little overpriced but overall it's worth it.
