We were very impressed with the breakfast offering. The food and service were excellent. Our room was a bit dated and the bathroom could do with a makeover. We stayed in room 107. Make the effort to go onto the roof as the view is spectacular. It is a long way from the city centre. The staff say 25 minutes.

The hotel is reasonably close to the centre and anyway at a short taxi ride from any place in Perugia. The rooms are clean, large and the price we paid for is reasonable. I understand we stayed in the newly renovated side of the hotel. Don't expect a great view from one of the sides of the hotel.

This is a 4 star hotel which received a Tripadvisor certificate of excellence in 2012. There is nothing excellent about this hotel now. This business hotel is also a great place to stay in Perugia, or rather just outside the walls.
